How do you make a letter of advice? This is a requirement for Marriage License. I know this is suppose to be done by the parents.... u know :DLetter of Advice for Civil Marriage?
Where do you live because in Wisconsin you do not have to wrte a letter you just go and pay for your license and sign your name. Then you can get married.Letter of Advice for Civil Marriage?
There's no such thing here in California. What state are you in that has such a silly rule? If it's the rule in your state then call your local county clerk's office and get the information you need there.
