I will marry in Pakistan soon, he is Muslim and we will have the Nikah(nama) marriage,but my fiance have told me that is better perform the marriage in a Court (it's called Marriage Court) as i am Christian and I am not from Pakistan which will let me read carefully all the statements of the document in English. Of course later we will have the celebration with family and friends. Is that correct? Initially we planned to have the Nikah-nama in family house, but after he asked a lawyer He recommended this procedure in a court.. if you know some web sites that clear up about , Id really appreciate it!Asking advice for a Muslim marriage overseas. ur going over there ur just stupid didnt u see not without my daughter DONT DO IT you will become his slave and will be nothing 2 him get an american or marry him but he has to stay here and follow usa laws
